L’autorità per le tlc del Bangladesh ha chiesto alle compagnie telefoniche di bloccare le chiamate gratuite notturne dai cellulari. Alla base della decisione ci sono le lamentele dei genitori che sostengono che le chiamate notturne traviano i figli. A offrire telefonate gratuite tra mezzanotte e le sei sono due compagnie del paese, GrameenPhone e CityCell.
