Il gruppo Rtl ha preso il controllo totale del network d’informazione tedesco N-Tv acquisendo la rimanente quota del 50% da Cnn. L’antitrust tedesco ha approvato l’acquisizione, richiesta da Rtl lo scorso novembre.
