Texas Instruments Inc., colosso mondiale dei chip per cellulari, ha ristretto le attese di utile del primo trimestre tra 31 e 33 cent per azione, meglio del range 29-33 cent precedente. Anche il range di fatturato atteso si è stretto a 3,22-3,35 miliardi da 3,11-3,38. Secondo gli analisti le difficoltà di Texas Instruments sono legate più alla rivalità con Amd che alla debolezza del settore.
